ATI Projects has its roots in the training and learning support sector and has carried out many assignments both in the UK and abroad. Key staff have held senior positions in training institutions and business organisations and bring considerable experience to the company.

Sample projects:

Sustainable Enterprise Education. Working with major plcs (Sainsbury’s, Pilkington, Veolia, Arriva) to develop a short course in Sustainable Enterprise aimed at secondary schools in Merseyside and including waste resource, mobility and transport, packaging and energy management. Anaerobic Digestion Workshops for Farmers and Landowners
Prepared and delivered a series of ‘hands-on’ business planning workshops for on-farm A/D installations as part of the Bio-Energy West Midlands programme. Advantage West Midlands (subcontracted through Harper Adams University College)

Biomethane for Transport
Co-organiser of a workshop designed to raise awareness and encourage consideration of bio-methane as a source of transport fuel (compressed gas) for public transport and fleet transport. Bringing together experts in anaerobic digestion, bio-methane transportation landfill methane collectors and using case studies to demonstrate ‘the art of the possible’

Training for the Manufacturing Sector
Promoted and coordinated a programme of technical and management training for small manufacturing companies across South Warwickshire. Appointed as ‘Business Champion’ for the sub-region with subsequent engagement of more than 80 SMEs on the training programmes.

Coventry and Warwickshire Skills (CAWSKILLS)
Promoted, engaged and mentored on-line IT training (European Computer Driving Licence) for group of 35 owners and employees of SMEs in Warwickshire

Warwick County Council  

E-learning for Rural SMEs
Delivered programme of internet-based learning modules to learning cluster of 70 rural SMEs; provided induction and on-line support; organized learning peer group; carried out business review of learning styles and systems.

Advantage West Midlands

ICT for Rural SMEs
Worked with rural business groups, local authorities, Chamber of Commerce and education institutions in UK, Denmark and Holland to identify appropriate mechanisms which enhance the Information Communication Technology opportunities for rural businesses. Awareness-raising programme was followed by programme of IT training and learning delivered to SMEs across South Warwickshire and Worcestershire.
