ATI Projects Ltd has prepared funding applications and designed strategies for a number of local authority initiatives aimed at regenerating local enterprise through the redevelopment of urban and rural brown field sites. A team approach has been used to provide feasibility studies, design and planning, enterprise support and centre establishment.

Reviving Enterprise in North Warwickshire
ATI Projects led the feasibility and project funding application for this £2 million initiative aimed at regenerating urban and rural brownfield sites into SME workspace and starter units. This included a partnership bid with British Waterways to convert historic wharf buildings into a vibrant rural business centre bringing new opportunities for enterprise development and tourism.
North Warwickshire Borough Council 2006/07
Enterprise Regeneration, Leamington Spa
ATI Projects are contracted to prepare and submit an application to Advantage West Midlands for this £10 million partnership project aimed at regenerating the business environment of Old Town. This will be achieved through the renovation of several brownfield sites and community premises into innovative workspace for start-up and established businesses within the creative industries sector.

Althorpe Innovation and Enterprise Centre
Preparation of £1 million funding proposal to Advantage West Midlands for a new high technology business incubator in Leamington Spa Old Town. Future work will support the establishment and management of the Innovation and Enterprise Centre.

Lillington Community Enterprise Hub
ATI Projects prepared the outline application to build an Enterprise Hub as part of the Lillington Community Centre, Leamington. The project will engage new entrepreneurs from this disadvantaged community and create a local enterprise culture.

Brunswick Enterprise Hub
ATI Projects has applied successfully for £400K regeneration grant to build an Enterprise Hub as part of the Brunswick Healthy Living Centre, Leamington. This project will engage new entrepreneurs from this disadvantaged community provide business support and create a local enterprise culture.
Warwick District Council 2006-2007
The Hub Innovation Centre, Bedworth
Provided technical and marketing consultancy for the establishment of this new innovation and incubation centre servicing the 200+ companies on the Bayton Road Industrial Estate and surrounding SME community.
Warwickshire County Council 2006/07
Rural Innovation Centre, Minerva Mill, Alcester
Established rural innovation centre and managed business incubator for start-ups in South Warwickshire. The project also created on-line business network for local SMEs, and developed e-learning for local businesses.
